The show begins with a short set from each artist then brings the artists together as host and curator Chris Ruggiero leads a conversation with the artists.

The roots of the Between Dreams Sessions began as a new artist discovery platform with live recordings of local artists and has evolved into a YouTube channel with over 150 live session recordings.

The live show invites audiences to experience a rotating lineup to experience the music and stories up close and in person.
