The marvelous young conductor Liubov Nosova weaves a glittering tapestry through the ranks of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Russian powerhouse Sergei Babayan, known as the "pianist's pianist," rolls out the supercharged Fourth Piano Concerto by Sergei Rachmaninoff.
