Organized and hosted by the Emory University Center for Contemplative Science and Passion-Based Ethics, this two-day speaker series celebrates the work and impact of the Emory Compassion Center. This day's sessions are "Advancing a Global Culture of Compassion" (9 a.m. to 11 a.m.), "Compassion as the Engine of Service and Global Change" featuring Richard Gere (virtually), Ajay Piramal and Sonja Lyunomirsky (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.) and "The Future of Leadership" with Dr. Daniel Goleman (2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.). Free, advance registration required.
