Costume Contest Rules

To Enter: Dress killer and make sure you get your picture taken by the official Park Tavern photographer during the event.
Voting: Park Tavern will post the top 10 costume finalists on Instagram, where fans will vote for their favorites.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be revealed on November 7th on the Park Tavern Instagram page (@parktavern).
