Danny Brown, Masquerade - Thanks to his unmistakable voice, characteristically off-beat lyrics, and consistent love for sonic experimentation, Danny Brown has easily become one of the most eccentric rappers to ever hail from Detroit, Michigan. Throughout the 2010s, the alternative rapper made his mark on Hip-hop with truly singular projects like "XXX," "Old," "Atrocity Exhibition," and "uknowhatimsayin¿," and after a four year pause in releases, he has returned with a vengeance in the 2020s. In addition to his fan-favorite collaborative project with JPEGMAFIA, Danny Brown has feverishly dropped off two new solo albums over the last two years: 2023's "Quaranta" and last month's "Stardust."
