Tio Lucho’s is setting the table on December 31 with a celebratory dinner bidding 2025 adios and welcoming 2026 with open arms. James Beard Award–finalist Chef Arnaldo Castillo’s three-course New Year’s Eve menu blends the spirit of Peru with his signature Southern ease, featuring an amuse of collard green and zarandaja bean fritters with aji verde and caviar, Gulf crab and lobster Peruvian chowder, and more. Dessert brings lucuma tiramisu mousse, a nod to Peru’s beloved golden fruit and a fitting finale to the year’s last meal. Dinner is $75 per person and includes a complimentary glass of Cava.
