We are trading in the "Zen" of yoga for the "Zone" of Pilates. This isn't just a workout; it's a test of your focus and your ability to hold a plank while a litter of adorable, adoptable puppies tumbles around (and arguably under) you.

Whether you're a Pilates pro looking to add some chaos to your control, or a total beginner who just wants an excuse to lie on a mat with a puppy, this class is for you.
