Those halcyon times return as retro country maverick Wayne Hancock takes the club's tiny stage to remind us how potent and authentic his approach to classic Hank Williams-styled country music remains. Honky-tonk, Western swing and rockabilly combine with his zippy vocals for thrilling, retro C&W that generally hasn't been heard in this venue for decades. It has been a decade since Hancock's previous release, but with music this timeless that won't make a difference.
