Tedeschi Trucks Band, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - This splendid double bill combines Americana superstar Isbell and his longtime band with the sprawling 12-piece outfit fronted by singer/songwriter guitarist Susan Tedeschi and guitar slinging husband Derek Trucks. This year TTB forgoes the two-night stand in the more intimate Fox they have favored in the past for the far larger, less cushy environs in Alpharetta. They will feature music from the recently released Future Soul, the group's first in six years, and most commercial outing to date. If the blueprint follows from previous tours, Isbell and his guys will join the headliners for a few closing songs which alone should be worth the ticket price. - Hal Horowitz
