Photo Walk: Framing Narratives in Midtown

Engage the world through your camera! Looking to Blazing Light: Photographs by Mimi Plumb for inspiration, we will discuss relationships between photography and narrative. Then we will set off on a guided walk around Midtown, following a series of photography prompts that illuminate new perspectives, ideas, and possibilities. Afterwards, we’ll return to the museum to share our work and reflect on our experiences. Choose your favorite photograph from the day to print and mat, and walk away with a deeper connection to both your craft and the city.
This workshop is open to all skill levels and any type of camera, including smartphones. Registrants are responsible for bringing their own cameras; all other supplies will be provided.
