About Chef Philippe Haddad
Chef Philippe Haddad is an internationally trained chef whose career spans Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States. Born and raised in Bruges, Belgium, he discovered his passion for cuisine at a young age and trained at the prestigious Hotel School Ter Duinen, one of Belgium’s most renowned culinary institutes.
He refined his craft in acclaimed kitchens throughout Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Bermuda, the West Indies, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the United States, developing a style grounded in classical European technique and shaped by global culinary traditions.
Chef Philippe has held leadership roles at distinguished hospitality destinations including The Beverly Hilton Hotel, The St. James Club in Antigua and Paris, and The Ritz-Carlton in St. Thomas. In Atlanta, he served as Executive Chef at F&B, The Abbey, Nikolai’s Roof, and Cape Dutch, and as Chef de Cuisine at the Occidental Grand (now the Four Seasons Hotel). In 1999, he opened Philippe’s Bistro in Buckhead, which quickly became a Zagat-rated dining destination known for its warmth, precision, and European authenticity.
His work has been recognized by The James Beard Foundation, the Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRoNA), and through his induction into The French Culinary Academy in 2017.
Most recently, Chef Philippe served as Culinary Curator and Consultant for Galerie Living’s Corso Atlanta, where he led the culinary vision and helped expand the chef-driven dining concept to multiple locations nationwide.
Today, through PGH Hospitality Group, Chef Philippe’s primary focus is bespoke in-home private dining. He brings refined, restaurant-level cuisine directly into clients’ homes, transforming intimate gatherings into elevated, multi-course culinary experiences. Each menu is thoughtfully designed around the host’s vision, seasonal ingredients, and the natural rhythm of the evening, creating moments that feel both luxurious and personal.
In addition to private dining, he partners selectively with luxury brands and organizations including Tiffany & Co., Delta, Hilton, Dior, and the FedEx Cup to create curated culinary events and hospitality experiences.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Philippe remains deeply committed to philanthropy. He has supported Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE), Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Meals on Wheels. In 2015, he was nominated for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Man of the Year” campaign in honor of his father. In 2025, he competed in Dancing Stars of Atlanta in support of the Alzheimer’s Association, raising funds for research, care, and advocacy.
Chef Philippe Haddad continues to define hospitality through precision, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, whether in a grand venue or around a private dining table.
