The Georgia Shorts Film Festival is a theatrical screening event in Atlanta for independent films of all genres.

We are honored to kick off this year's festival on Friday, June 19th at 7 PM, with an exclusive Juneteenth Screening. This opening ceremony is dedicated to celebrating a select group of standout films by incredible filmmakers of color. It's more than just a screening; it's a celebration of heritage, excellence, and the power of diverse storytelling in the heart of Atlanta.

Hosted by Cinema Life, an all-female-led collective, we are committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and strengthening the Atlanta film community.

Whether you’re here for the Red Carpet ceremonies, the Industry Panels, or to see your own work on the big screen, this is the event of the season for the Atlanta indie community.
