On June 19th, Zephyr, Hotel Phoenix's Southern-inspired French brasserie, will be partnering with Bayab Gin to showcase a signature martini, curated by the hotel's Beverage Director Thandi Walton. The 50/50 Martini, made from 50/50 Bayab Gin, vermouth maraschino, and a dash of orange bitters, highlights the balance, precision and elegance found in the classic martini.
