The Third Door Craft Club: Kinusaiga (Fabric Painting)

Join us at The Third Door on Wednesday, July 15 from 6–9 PM for our next Craft Club night: Kinusaiga (Fabric Painting).

Kinusaiga is a Japanese art form that uses pieces of fabric tucked into carved designs to create colorful, textured artwork that almost looks painted from a distance.

We’ve gathered a huge collection of colorful scrap fabrics for guests to mix, match, and turn into their own little fabric masterpiece. Follow a template we provide or completely freehand it. There are no rules here!

Tickets include: all kinusaiga supplies, one project board to take home, two cocktails or mocktails from the craft night menu, and a snack spread for grazing throughout the night.

Guests will also help curate the night’s playlist by submitting two songs when purchasing a ticket.
