The Gringos - Fall Tour 2026 at Terminal West

The Gringos, Terminal West - This fresh-faced Athens-based quintet rolls into town with a bunch of upbeat, melodic, pop rocking songs and a frisky, frothy approach that isn't anything unique but connects more than adequately on that level. They have taken a larger blues rocking stance lately with the recent single, "Late for the Door," cranking out the guitars louder and more forcefully than in the past. That toughened-up approach is a good look for guys who can absolutely write a solid tune. They're still young and figuring out their sound (there's no full album yet), but based on singles, they have talent and the enthusiasm to deliver easy-going rockers that feel authentic and unpretentious. - Hal Horowitz
