Elder Tree’s Rum Cocktail:

The Elder Tree’s Rum cocktail is made with Cruzan Spiced Rum, Cruzan Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, sour mix, Cruzan float, a tajin rim and Rose’s lime juice.

This cocktail pairs wonderfully with The Elder Tree’s Fish & Chips (North Atlantic Cod dipped in Guinness tempura batter and fried, served with a side of cole slaw, chips and tartar sauce).
