Food Pairing: The Pembertons Cup whiskey cocktail pairs well with Hotel Claremont / Tiny Lou's Truffle Fries (parmigiano reggiano,black truffle oil) and Steak Tartare (brasstown beef, shallot, radish, frisée, black truffle aioli)!
Inspiration for the cocktail: The bar staff at Hotel Clermont - Tiny Lou's wanted something that felt like Georgia in a glass. So, they went with Coke syrup. Ginger compliments the Coke flavor and the Amaro and lemon ties everything together!
