After Hours: 'Fast Life'
'Fast Life' is After Hours' first single - video coming soon
I wasn't sure whether this chillwave R&B track was a cover of MGMT's "Electric Feel" until Bill Jabr crooned his first "baby girl." The only part of the original that's unmistakably borrowed, other than that endearment, is the melody. Performing under the name After Hours, Jabr is an Atlanta-based electronic artist, videographer, and owner of the Blue Room Studios (clients include Future, Young Jeezy, and Waka Flocka). "Fast Life" is his first single. Look for an accompanying video soon, plus a new single called "Voyager," later this spring.
