Today marks the third and final day of Atlanta’s booming hip-hop festival A3C, subject of this week’s cover story. Like the last two days, the Masquerade will be packed with a full day of music on multiple stages (Saturday’s schedule). Big Daddy Kayne will end the festival with a bang tonight at 12:30 a.m. on the Creative Loafing stage.

Last night, after a showing of the 2010 documentary The Wonder Years, which chronicles 9th Wonder’s life and career, the man himself was there to do a Q&A moderated by Dres Tha Beatnik (left). He gave sage advice to the many aspiring music producers in the audience, and when asked who his favorite MCs/producers were, he answered Kanye West, RZA of Wu-Tang Clan, and the late J Dilla.
