On Hampton Street, a 21-year-old woman said she had an altercation with an 18-year-old man. Apparently, she smoked his last cigarette in retaliation. The teen admitted that he “pushed her head” before she smoked his last cigarette. The teen was arrested for simple battery and taken to jail. The woman refused medical treatment.
