"Ghostly kingdom of the undead demons of death!" On Saturday, June 26, The Plaza Theatre's The Silver Scream Spook Show goes to Italy by way of Greek mythology with Hercules and the Haunted World. Famed Italian horror director Mario Bava directed this kooky-looking sword-and-sandals fantasy in 1961, and the trailer suggests that the subterranean horrors will be absolutely hilarious. Screening at 1 and 10 p.m., the film stars Christopher Lee as "nefarious, fiendish Lico" and British bodybuilder Reg Park as the oiled-up Greek demi-god.
