It's official: W-Atlanta Downtown Hotel is in foreclosure
Ivan Allen Plaza hotspot will continue business as usual, GM says
The Atlanta Business Chronicle has details about the news, which has been a possibility since August 2009.
In a media statement released late last night, General Manager Tim Dahlen said the hotel — which are profitable, he says — will continue operating as usual. The same is expected of BLT Steak and DRINKSHOP, the nightlife spots located inside the Ivan Allen Plaza hotel.
