Exotic dancers at yet another Atlanta strip club - this time at Magic City - have filed a lawsuit against its owners for what they think are unfair wages. The Downtown establishment is at least the fifth metro area club that's been sued during the last year by its workers.

Want to buy some prime real estate along the Atlanta Beltline? The city is selling a narrow 1-acre piece of property nestled between the Eastside Trail and the Masquerade.

Will Atlanta ever fully quit smoking? With Manuel's recently going smoke-free, Atlanta looks at whether that kind of ban could happen across the entire city.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, flyover ramps at I-85 and Ga. 400 are set to open to motorists sometime later today.

Former Dalton Mayor David Pennington has agreed to pay a $125 fine for failing to disclose campaign filings before last month's deadline. One of his staffers originally blamed the delay on "technical glitches" with Georgia's ethics website.
