    I grew up on Baker Rd right off of Hightower and Commercial, a crack ridden area that still to this day harbors the addicts of Atlanta. I drove past Bowen Homes and Bankhead Court almost everyday for 14 years. I live in the northern suburbs of Atlanta now and I drove past the demolished housing projects formerly known as Bowen Homes and I can’t help but wonder what does the city plan to do with all that land?? It’s been over a decade at this point. People were forced out and nothing has been put in its place...even the old elementary school still stands. What’s the plan Mayor Bottoms????
