Here’s their haul: Double Gold for Duality Double Malt, Gold for Cask Strength Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon, Silver for Ameireaganach Huddled Mashes Single Malt, Resugens Rye, and Fiddler Unison Bourbon. Cheers to the team.

Executive Chef Pano Karatassos of Kyma has a cookbook coming out this September. Modern Greek Cooking:100 Recipes for Meze, Main Dishes, and Desserts is a collection of recipes Karatassos grew up eating and cooking with family, as well as contemporary interpretations. “I looked back on my Yiayia’s cooking lessons and the menu development of Kyma for inspiration,” Karatassos says in a press release. “I’m excited to share Greek cooking with the at-home cook, as it’s a look and taste into my passion. The cookbook will focus on traditional dishes that are clean and healthy for friends and family to enjoy.”
