Emory Healthcare has signed a multimillion dollar agreement with an Ohio-based nonprofit organization to design and construct two nursing and rehabilitation centers in metro Atlanta. The deal with ProMedica, a post-hospital care provider, “will also transfer the management of operations of Emory’s skilled nursing facility, Budd Terrace at Wesley Woods, to ProMedica,” an Emory representative said in a statement. emory.edu
