NEWS BRIEF: Georgia ranks 11th in the country with credit card debt

The average credit card balance in Georgia is $3,110, compared to $2,970 per person in the rest of the country. A just-released report by the Self financial services company says “severely delinquent” credit card debt stands at 9.5 percent.
