A law in Georgia that bans the photographing of a voted ballot is unconstitutional, according to a decision by U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee, who on Friday granted a preliminary injunction to prevent its enforcement. The judge's order resulted from a lawsuit filed by the election integrity group Coalition for Good Governance. abcnews.go.com
