National workspace provider Industrious has taken over the downtown space formerly occupied by rival WeWork. The 20,000 square foot Centennial Tower spot at 101 Marietta Street is the seventh location in Atlanta for the company after those in Ponce City Market, Buckhead’s Monarch Tower, and 7000 Central Park in the Perimeter area, among others. Industrious is known for signing non-traditional agreements with landlords in which both parties share the risks and benefits of a lease. bisnow.com
