‘Educational … playful programs children need to learn and develop’ to be funded

Plans are underway for a golf tournament this summer that benefits the Children’s Museum of Atlanta. The 10th annual Tournament for Play fundraiser generates financial support for thousands of caregiver programs and is now boosted by a five-year commitment of $300,000 from sponsor PNC Bank. “As the tournament sells out annually, it continues to raise impactful funds for the museum to offer the necessary and engaging educational, yet playful, programs children need to learn and develop,” CMA executive Jane Turner said in a statement.
