NEWS BRIEF: Reward offered by FBI to help find missing mother
Ciera Breland still not found
The FBI is still looking for a missing woman last seen in suburban Atlanta more than a month ago and is offering a $10,000 reward for helpful information. Ciera Breland, 31, had been visiting relatives in Johns Creek with her husband, infant son, and a dog after traveling from Carmel, Indiana.
Breland’s husband Xavier reported her missing on Feb. 26 to the Carmel Police Department but there is no evidence indicating she returned home from Georgia. The FBI reports her last known location was Highgate Manor Court on the Johns Creek border with Duluth on or about Feb. 23 at 7:17 p.m. The Brelands were said to be driving a white 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan with Georgia license plate number RMB 5869.
