‘Will highlight … benefits of IRA for the Latino community’
The White House is kicking off its fifth Latino Economic Summit in Atlanta on Tuesday, Aug. 23. In partnership with the Aspen Institute, the “Advancing Education Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics” event at Georgia Gwinnett College features U.S. Rep. Carolyn Bourdeaux and officials from the federal agencies for Education, Agriculture, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Personnel Management, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
“The forum will highlight the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to advancing equity and economic empowerment and the benefits of the Inflation Reduction Act for the Latino community,” a press release stated.
