The second and final phase of Sweet Auburn’s McAuley Park project is moving forward in the shadow of downtown Atlanta. The project will provide 96 units of senior housing for residents age 55 and over at 300 Chamberlain Street. The majority of the units will be deeply affordable for decades, with 10% of the units renting for market rate. Amenities will include a clubhouse with community meeting rooms, a gym, a business center, picnic areas, and a gazebo. Construction is expected to take 18 months, with the project opening in 2024. #AffordableHousing #SweetAuburn #McAuleyPark #AtlantaDevelopment
