Lee Walton is the creator of Momentary Performances, a project that combined text installations and weekly performances in eight Atlanta neighborhoods throughout October. For the project, Walton hired more than 20 Atlanta performers to create his scenes of daily life. Through the project Walton sought to amplify intimate, everyday occurrences into celebrated events and blur the line between real-life and theater. In conjunction with the Emory Visual Arts Gallery as part of their November artist @ work series.
