Seven Atlanta chefs passionate about sustainability practices in the restaurant industry will put their resourcefulness to the test. At Cocktails & Castoffs, chefs Steven Satterfield, Russ Pysell, Terry Koval, Jennifer Hill Booker, Suzanne Vizethann, and Daniel Peach will be tasked with creating delicious dishes while generating little to no waste. Held at Gallery L1 on Ralph McGill Boulevard, the fundraising event benefits Development in Gardening (DIG), an Atlanta-based nonprofit that helps “at-risk populations in Africa develop sustainable gardening practices and cooking techniques to improve their health and income through sustainable gardening.”
