The 3x3: Post-Its For the People opening reception will be held from from 7-10 p.m. on July 21.The affordable art focus of this show is a step toward encouraging first-time art collectors, lower-and-middle-income citizens, and young people to treasure art as both a cultural necessity and a valuable personal commodity for
