From the venue:Holiday season is just around the corner. Put some ease into your party planning with BeetleCat's cocktail class. The class will focus on how you can enjoy your own party by planning ahead with simple ideas. A demo with four cocktails selected by BeetleCat beverage manager Eduardo Guzman will feature how to: batch cocktails, build a self-service punch, infuse spirits and fruit, and make warm winter cocktails. The cocktail recipes will include Painkiller, a winter twist on Long Island Iced Tea, and Hot Buttered Rum. Along with cocktail demonstrations, executive chef Andrew Isabella will teach guests how to: plate food items, set a table with several hors d'oeuvres, and present hot dishes. Chef will present appetizer recipes to complement the cocktails presented.
