On Sunday, executive chef Chip Ulbrich is celebrating the holiday with a Southern-style, three-course feast. Menu highlights include fried green tomatoes with goat cheese, pepper coulis and basil, buttermilk fried chicken with garlic collard greens, bliss potatoes and honey-thyme jus and caramelized krispies and peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream.
