From the venue:The second annual Big Green Egg Cooking Class will be hosted by Chef Matt Swickerath of Valenza and Chef Stephan Herman of HAVEN. Students will prepare a menu of smoked foods, and Big Green Egg Expert Bruce Bohannon will provide tips for how to use and clean a Big Green Egg. Tickets include lunch. Reservations are required.
