Aurora Theatre wel comes visiting artist Summer Bergeron for a night of music. This powerhouse cites her influences as Etta James, Patti Labelle, Tina Turner, Sting, Jennifer Holiday & Whitney Houston. Known as one of Atlanta’s best kept secrets, this Songtress will mesmerize you and take you to another world. As quoted in AJC she sings with “vocal prowess”. She has starred in Dreamgirls portraying Effie White and noted in the AJC for her performance in Ragtime. You will not want to miss seeing her live. Summer will be accompanied by a wonderful 7 piece band that includes Grammy award winning musician Karen Greene, Doug Sako (formerly of Blood, Sweat & Tears), Aurora favorite Warren Lankford, and more.
