People of color face significant obstacles in order to reach success. Studies show that a large number of minorities face health, educational, economic and developmental barriers throughout their life.

While many barriers have been broken down throughout the years, there’s still a lot of progress to be made when it comes to ensuring that every marginalized individual has an equal opportunity to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
