Chocolate Truffle Wine Pairing at The Gifted Ferret focuses on how the right combination of Chocolate and Wine elevates your palate to the highest tasting experience. Our Chocolate Truffle Wine Pairings will provide you with an appreciation of when combining the correct tasting items together, you will give your tastebuds a happy and sometimes a surprising taste that you never saw coming. We will start the session off with a Welcome Sparkling Group Toast as we all get to know each other before we dive into the tasting experience. After introductions and the tasting instructions, we will have a brief experiment and show you what happens when a pairing goes wrong. But don’t worry, you tastebuds will thank you all throughout the rest of the session. We will as a group go through 4 Wine Tastings across the wine palate range.
