The City of Chamblee is celebrating the 4th of July in a big way. All families are invited as the day is commemorated with great music and one awesome fireworks show on Tuesday, July 4, at 6:30 p.m. in front of Chamblee’s new, award-winning City Hall located at 3518 Broad Street, Chamblee, GA 30341.

Nashville-based, Georgia-native Leah Belle Faser will prepare attendees for a party they never experienced, a party thrown by the Geek Squad Band. Food and beverage vendors will be selling summertime favorites and a Kids Zone will have inflatables and games. Once the music and dancing stops, around 9:00 p.m., the fireworks begin!

Parking will be very limited and will be available at Winter Construction (5616 Peachtree Road) or Chamblee Middle School (3601 Sexton Woods Drive). If parked at Chamblee Middle, a shuttle will be in operation and will bring attendees to City Hall from 5:30 p.m. -11:00 p.m. Utilizing rideshare options and using the rideshare park, located at 5374 Peachtree Road, are highly encouraged. To access the Uber rideshare code, visit https://r.uber.com/rGHUJRq9eat.

Street closures will begin at 7:00 am from Plaza Way to Broad Street. Followed by the closure of Peachtree Road, from Frosty Caboose to Broad Street, at 3:00 p.m. The intersection of Ingersoll Rand Drive and Irvindale Way will be closed at 6:00 p.m. and will not be accessible for parking.

Attendees are permitted to bring coolers; however, coolers must be smaller than 30 quarts and outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Golf carts, motorized vehicles, drones, or consumer fireworks of any kind are not allowed on the premises. For a list of Frequently Asked Questions and for more information, visit www.chambleerocks.net.
