Singer-songwriter Matt Wertz, rooted in Nashville, shifted gears after 2014’s ‘Heatwave’ album, seeking a fresh perspective in Los Angeles for his ninth album, ‘Gun Shy.’ Departing from his comfort zone, he embraces contemporary pop and synthesized R&B influences, crafting infectious melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Collaborating with L.A.’s pop elite, Wertz explores themes of love, courage, and self-discovery. ‘Gun Shy’ is not your typical acoustic fare; it’s a fusion of modern beats and emotive storytelling, painting a vibrant sonic landscape against the backdrop of the City of Angels.
Louisiana-born Andy Davis debuted in 2004 with “Thinks of Her,” quickly gaining popularity. Since then, he’s toured extensively, released seven albums, and co-founded Nashville’s “Ten Out of Tenn.” Known for his old-school charm and insightful lyrics, Davis continues to engage fans old and new.
