Whether you are a seasoned olive oil connoisseur or a complete novice, this tasty class will expand your palate and deepen your appreciation for a premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil in your cooking. Taste three varieties while delighting in four sweet and savory courses by Chef Liv and learning cooking tips. Served with a special welcome cocktail, mimosas, coffee and tea.

About Chef Liv Hurst
Chef Liv Hurst, Executive Chef at Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar in Alpharetta, and a recent winner on Food Network’s Chopped, is a self-taught modern chef with a worldly view. While at Cattle Shed, Chef Liv has been featured in Alpharetta Lifestyle Magazine, and Edition 8 Magazine. Cattle Shed has been awarded neighborhood favorite by Nextdoor, and Number 1 steakhouse OTP by Atlanta Magazine. Hurst hopes to bring people together by creating and maintaining delicious, and interesting dishes such as unique and inspiring small plates alongside specialty cut steaks that pair well with the eatery’s list of nearly 200 wines. Her ultimate goal is to inspire every guest who walks in Cattle Shed’s doors.
