Explore a few classic culinary flavors and wines from the American West and West Coast. Learn cooking techniques and enjoy a light and fresh menu that highlights flavors of the season and specialties from the mountains of New Mexico to the Pacific Coast. Sample complimentary wine pairings with each course and learn tasting and selection techniques.
