CRITIC’S PICK: The Atlanta Blues Challenge, The Perfect Note—Another year, another chance for local blues bands and artists to compete for a chance to represent Atlanta in Memphis for 2025s International Blues Challenge. Let’s face it, it’s a long day starting at 1PM and going til at least 8PM with winners (and cash prizes) in the Solo, Band, Youth and People’s Choice categories. But you’ll get a full spectrum of local blues condensed into one show where you’ll get to hear more bands than you can in a few months of going to gigs. — Hal Horowitz
