Inaugural ‘Be Well Shamrock Dash’ 5K

The Town at Trilith announced it will host its inaugural Be Well Shamrock Dash 5K on Saturday, March 15, inviting runners and walkers to take part in a St. Patrick-themed race through Trilith. The event will support the Trilith Foundation, with race proceeds benefitting its mission to enrich lives and strengthen communities. The race begins at 9 a.m. in Trilith Town Centre, with a morning full of activities leading up to the race:

• 7 a.m. – 8:55 a.m.: Race Day Packet Pick-Up and In-Person Registration
• 8:45 a.m.: Trilith Foundation Welcome & Thank You
• 8:55 a.m.: Piedmont Wellness Warm-Up
• 9 a.m.: 5K Start Time

After crossing the finish line, participants are encouraged to stay for the awards ceremony, where top finishers in each age group will receive medals and prizes. Attendees can also explore a Health & Wellness Market, featuring local vendors, wellness experts and fitness gear.
