This year, the Atlanta Global Studies Symposium will culminate in a thrilling performance of Bollywood dance by one of Atlanta’s leading Indian dance troupes, accompanied by a keynote lecture on “Bollywood Dance, Hindi Language, and the Cultures of India”.

The Atlanta Global Studies Symposium is returning this year with a focus on "Global Languages, Placemaking, and Identities". The 2025 Atlanta Global Studies Symposium will present initiatives that promote global education, language learning, sustainable development, and community engagement. The in-person event welcomes partners, faculty, students, community organizers, K-12 teachers, and the public to connect, to discover the impact of collaboration, and to celebrate the diversity and global vitality of the region.
