About the Book:

Evelyn was raised to see field hockey as war.

About the Author and Moderator:

Kit Rosewater lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her partner and two small children who are bent on destroying the universe. She is the author of The Derby Daredevils, an illustrated middle grade series. Kit has been a theater and English teacher, a bookseller, a Children’s Literature academic, and a Hot Cheetos addict. That’s all behind her now. Well, most of it. All’s Fair in Love and Field Hockey is her debut young adult novel.

Julian Winters is the award-winning author of Running With Lions, Junior Library Guild Selections How to Be Remy Cameron, The Summer of Everything, and As You Walk On By, the multi-star reviewed Right Where I Left You, and his most recent work, Prince of the Palisades and I Think They Love You, his Adult romance debut. Julian currently lives outside of Atlanta where he can be found reading and swooning over rom-coms.
